Worst Customer service

The hoodie came in 2 or 3 days but I wanted to return it and I contacted the page through dm as mentioned on the website and I received no reply and this is very unprofessional from a brand like you. If you don’t want refunds you make a no refund policy not to make an imaginary one and not reply to people.
