Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Alyqza pieces. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or another available item of equal value, subject to stock availability.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering the full shipping cost.
However, if the item received is faulty or if the customer received the wrong item, Alyqza will cover the shipping costs.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving it.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the item and we will provide you with tracking link for your return.
Returns will be processed within 5 days from the date Alyqza receives the returned order.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be transferred immediately through InstaPay.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items, unless defective
- Items returned after the allowed request period
Alyqza reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions above.
