Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange/refund process. Items may be exchanged or refunded within 4 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs (1.5x the original shipping cost) unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received, in which case, shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

For best results, we recommend washing the item once before first wear with fabric softener. Please note that washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Wash inside out using cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and tumble drying to maintain the quality of the garment.
